I know it's only 18 minutes I did today, but I did something and it felt good, I feel sweaty but happy! When you're as big as I am sometimes the physical part of the journey is not only difficult, but extremely painful. Not sore, which is a GOOD thing, but PAINFUL. I know people can relate. I did it though and I am proud. Sometimes 10 minutes is all it takes!
I did a 10 minute workout video from SparkPeople followed by 8 minutes of zumba, I know it does not sound like much. But at my weight and the intensity of the workout I burned 500 calories! I started out saying "Okay just 10 minutes and I added 2 songs of Zumba! Awesome feeling when you do it. |
